Notes:
Generated by MAME 0.152, modded by Valley Bell,
using the Jukebox Player accessible with the
Universe BIOs.

Released two years after the original King of
the Monsters, this game marked the shift from a
wrestling game of sorts between Godzilla-style
giant monsters to something of a beat-'em-up
where those monsters fight alien bosses. Sadly,
the AI is just as cheap as before, so no matter
how much you hammer the buttons, you'll rarely
ever win a grapple. At least there are some
creepy monster designs in this game.

There's also not much variety in the soundtrack
compared to the previous game in spite of there
being more music. That and the (I assume) lack
of success are probably why this game didn't
get an official soundtrack release, meaning
there are no official track titles available.
There's not even an entry for it in the
BridgeM1 track list collection, so I had to
find and identify the sound codes for every
track in the game myself. Luckily, I was able
to identify the vast majority of them using
ScHlAuChi's longplay from longplays.net, so I
didn't have to struggle or cheat my way
through a super-hard and tedious game in order
to do so.

Some notes about the track list:
* Battle 6 (i.e. Stage 6) is just a boss fight,
unlike the others, so it has only one music
track. The same track is used when you fight
the Battle 6 boss, Lavicus, during the boss
rush in Battle 7. Thus, I gave both the
"Battle 6" and "Battle 6 Boss" labels to the
  same track.
* "Battle Match" is the name for the two-player
competition mode you can pick in the mode
select screen assuming you inserted enough
coins for two players before playing. It uses
the same introduction music as the bonus
games, but has its own music for the actual
  fight.

Enjoy!
